I just sent my AOS yesterday with the EAD (Altogether, 1 package). I followed the instructions on this form: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3ead (take note that it fails to mention needing to submit photo ID if sending EAD with AOS)...

I treated the EAD as a separate submission and submitted 1145G, i-765, a copy of i-94, and two passport style photos. However I realized after sending that I should have sent a copy of my passport as well. I DID send a copy of my passport with the AOS along with several other valid photocopies of my other photo ID's and Marriage certificate IN THE SAME PACKAGE. Will this be sufficient evidence for photo ID requirements? Will I get an RFE for the EAD? Thanks for the help!

I don't know where I would be without this site ^_^

You probably should have sent the I-131 for AP too. It also has its fee waived when sent with a pending I-485, and sometimes unexpected things happen that might make you need to leave and re-enter while waiting for your green card approval.

Some people have received RFEs for not providing separate duplicate documentation for each form and others have been fine without it. So, you may not get an RFE for it. Just hope for the best.

Thanks Jay-Kay, I have already had so many questions and you have been so awesome and helpful with my whole process! :D
