AOS I-864 Question

Hi everyone,

I hope someone will be able to help me. I'll be sending the Form I-864 Affidavit of Support to NVC..

I read somewhere that I should label or print NVC case number on everything I send to them, is this correct?
If so, how big should the label be? Do I even put it on every single page of the I-864 Form for both petitioner and
joint sponsor? How about originals?

Also, do I need to include a cover letter including the bar code sheet?

We didn't do that. We made copies of the tax papers and pay checks. The cover letter was only used to tell them what was included in the package. No bar code etc.

In the cover letter we added that "Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an immigration or consular officer at a later date."

That was it.
