We filed on Feb 18, and my case status is still not at the decision stage (in the review stage, and the last date shown for any changes is Feb. 20). How long does it normally take?

I know the processing time should be 3 months total, so that means we would be about 4 weeks aaway for that time frame.

Thoughts?

My timeline is almost same as yours and I haven't heard anything yet as well regarding the EAD. But if my abd VJ's calculations are correct then we should hear something about the EAD by next Friday. Next week might be a big one for us. Here's my timeline as well. Best of luck.

Timeline from B2 Visa:

02/12/14: I-130, I-485 and I-765 Mailed Concurrently via USPS Express Mail to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/14: Delivery Confirmation Received via USPS Website

02/20/14: Text & Email Notifications Received and Payment Processed

02/25/14: NOA1 Hard Copy Received

03/08/14: Biometrics Appointment Notice Received and Scheduled for 03/14/14 in Denver, CO.

03/14/14: Bio-metrics done.

03/20/14: Case status for AOS changed to Testing and Interview.

Hi All.. any updates on the status for any of you? ... I am also in similar situation ... filed for EAD on 18th Feb and have not received any updates (other than the initial review stage) ...

I got approved for my i765 on April 25th, and got a tracking number for my card yesterday. The last night it went back to post decision activity saying they mailed me a notice of approval.. usps says my card should be here on Saturday so I'm just waiting!

Does anybody know if the 90 days starts when uscis received the application, my i765 page is initial review and says it was received february 25th 2014. Does that mean I should hope to see movement by the 66th day after that according to VJ's average?
