I have filed I-130 for my wife and got one notice of action. I submitted I-129F on Dec 21st and got another notice of action saying my application is in MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER and it may take between 90 to 180 days.

how can I find out in which state my application is? I have seen people saying "status changed to transfer" or "touched" etc...where does all this information received?

Thanks for any hint!

your applicaton is in Missouri service center and will probably be transfered at a later point. If you have the receipt number on your Recipt notice, you can use that number and track your case on uscis.gov. That way when ever the USCIS touches your case, they will send you an email notification.

You can see if you have been touched if the date under "last updated" has been changed recently.

Thanks and good luck!! :time:

Hi RIMASH,

Thanks for the information, Well I think I was touched recently. The last update date shows 01-03-2007. But I donot get any email. I have registered myself on USCIS.gov and email-notification is on as well.

Well that does not matter as long as I can see the update date.

Thanks again

No problem. Also, please fill in your timeline because it helps us all understand where petitions are at in the process, which office, which country, etc.
