My petiion was deneid and recieved the denial letter due to the proof of my relationship to my Benificiary was receive late

April 01,2014 Denial letter. But on April 07, 2014 i received this E-notice

On April 07, 2014 your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please check our website at USCIS for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

i called the CS a week after but they keep saying that my petition was denied i been calling almost everyday. i was told if i'm planning to appeal do it on earliest time. please help if any of you encounter this.

also an advice is much appreciated

I received that same status and posted a topic about it. Most of the people who encountered the same status said that it's a glitch with the USCIS system, thus, has to be disregarded.
