Hi All,

I am a F2A filer thorugh consulate processing.

My PD is July 5th 2013 for I-130 and my file was transferred to Nebraska service Center on September 14th, 2013. I received RFE notice on December 18th. They asked for a different format of marriage certificate. I sent that within a week. As per USCIS they received the response on Jan 6th 2014.

Its been almost 4 months and I am still waiting for a response from them and according to my lawyer I-130 is taking up to one year now . We sent the inquiry on Mar 30th but haven't got a response from USCIS.

Do you guys think I should wait more or are there any steps that I can take? I am still in the first stage and dont know how long the whole process is going to take.

I really appreciate all your suggestions and information..

Thanks a lot.
