I think this applies to TSC, my wife is from the Philippines, and we were 186 days to NOA2.,,.then another 4 months to get through NVC, medical, and interview.,.,.,.as a well known poster on this site says.,.,.,."this will be long".,.,..,., and "this will not be easy".,.,., hope your Sept. comes true.,.,,.but my personal opinion is .,.,.,maybe the first of the year, at """BEST".,.,.

TSC, is giving alot of Filipinos expidited replies, due to the typhoon, and those petitions might be getting ahead of yours.

I feel your pain.,.,you have "no idea" of going through the Filipino medical """Sputum""" fiasco.,.,. so I know pain without my loved one!

We were 10 monts and 4 days, until, P.O.E..,., Alanta..,.,.,then harrassment to the 10 level!

Good luck on your journey, I hope you make Sept..,.,.,.but plan otherwise .,., but if it happens.,., then be so very thankful!

My NOA1 date was 12/9 and NOA2 date was 4/1. Now TSC is notoriously slow however they are known to forward to NVC pretty quickly. I received my case number from NVC on 4/11 and and on 4/15 my case was forwarded to the embassy in Accra. There are several December filers still waiting on their NOA2. Like everyone else said there is no way to determine when you'll receive your NOA2. This process is completely beyond your control.

My NOA-1 has a date of April 1, 2014. I am just wondering, who has received a fast approval from TSC for the K-1? I am really hoping to have my honey here by September, god willing. I sent out my packet on March 28, 2014, received NOA April 1st. I know definitely for a fact I wont receive an RFE because I work for an immigration attorney and I submitted ANY OR ALL possible evidence they might request. Please guys your input would be greatly appreciated. I know it says 5 months but some people dont wait that long. My NERVES ARE A WRECK!!!!

Hey, we have same NOA1 dates!

And I know it sucks, and people from CSC get approvals so quick and it gets on my nerves, I definitely know the feeling how bad it is to be away from a loved one... :'(

But just remember we're not alone in this. We should always comfort and support each other when we have nerve wrecks. Time will pass soooo quickly and we'll be so happy, and there'll be days when we congratulate each other for our weddings and babies! :D

Stay strong!!

I am DR too and its been 2 months, still waiting. Plan on the 5 month wait time. From what I have understood between the back log and expedites being processed everyone is pretty much on hold. We were hoping for a November wedding date but it doesnt look like its going to happen.

I know of a few other DR petitions still waiting on their NOA2 as well.

Best of luck and be patient. Its a long wait, but well worth it in the end.

06/19/2015 - Wedding (L)
