well, i just receive an email from congressman stating that the delay for my case to reach NVC it was because USCIS lost the package "in the mail", and now he is in the process of getting CIS to send a duplicate. I called USCIS and asked them about a service request i put in, and the agent told me i have to wait 30 days to get a response, and as soon as i mentioned that my congressman received information that my case was lost in the mail, she said that there are working on sending a second approved notice to NVC, but it need to go through NBC first. so i am now so confused and so frustrated, anyone happened them?

Thanks,

Nabil

sure - use a photocopy of the I-130 approval notice,

then prep the I-485 and a civil surgeon's exam plus the rest of the forms

and file the big AOS set.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I called in today USCIS, and requested to speak to a Tier 2, after 90 minutes they returned my call, and my surprise is when asking the Tier 2 supervisor about where my case at, he search for about a minutes, and he said, one system its showing as it's in NBC, and in the other system its in TSC :sleepy: , he said based on the information he saw that the file it's in TSC and he is sending and expedite request to have it shipped to NVC as soon as possible.

The Tier 2 i spoke to yesterday told me something different, told me that i am going to receive information on how to file for I-824 :reading: , so i am confused on who to believe.

you keep digging until you find the casefile and it moves out of USCIS.

That's it, that's all.
