Hi All,

I can't see to find the button, link or steps to Add Media.

I want to upload a couple of documents and I can see where I have unused storage but cannot see where to upload the files.

What am I missing please?

Only workaround I have found is to create and save a Draft Message in Personal Messenger and then copy out the contents and paste into the email for the user. :girlwerewolf2xn:

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Hi Captain,

Yes, In the Personal Messenger portion of the website, crate an email. Attempt to attach media by clicking My Media button in toolbar above message window.

A dialog box will pop up informing me that I can search my media for files, when I try this I get a message that there are no files available to attach. I am using Google Chrome... and am wondering now if that make s a difference. I will test.

Tested in IE and the Dialog Box that pops up named "My Media Library" found when clicking the "My Media" button seen in the upper middle section of the toolbar displayed, when replying, still has no files available nor can I determine where to upload them.

We disallow .doc file types due to security. MS files aren't the most secure -- try pdf's if possible...

It does not offer the option to upload ANY type of file. There is only one button to search for files and if I click it iit says, I have no files.

Were you able to test the steps I posted?? Does it behave differently for you or others?

I would have posted screenshots but they don't seem to work either.

Let me ask in a different way.

If i wanted to upload files to share with others, how would I do that? Where would I upload them and where would I be able to retrieve them if not by the method previously outlined in the original post?

I appreciate your input!

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)
