I'm trying to registered online for medical. Some folks says it's more faster if you have a copy of your medical schedule. So I did and filled up the form. I put the correct complete address of my Fiancee on the very bottom of the form which include the zipcode. I hit the preview amd it says:

PLEASE CORRECT THE FOLLOWING ERRORS: Invalid zipcode.

What's wrong?

I did searched to correct the zipcode but what my Fiancee using address with zipcode was correct.

Does anybody here has a clue?

I think it's asking for the zip code of the applicant. Try entering your zip code.

There's a different part that asked for the zip code of the US relative.

Sweet cakes, of all the information needed in the form they only ask to put my Petitioner's address with zipcode. Thats on the bottom part. My petitiones is my Fiance. I put his complete address with zipcode but it is still invalid.

Maybe you entered it wrong. What is the zip code? What city in Alabama does he live in?

Here is a list of all zip codes for Alabama

I am looking at the SLEC online form. I still don't see where it asks for the petitioner's zip code. I assume it's optional, but it's not required on the form. The only mention of zip on the petitioner's part is in reference to the relative in U.S.
