No no...port of entry to the United States. You're going to Korea because that is your flight's lay over right? United States is your destination.

I'm trying to fill up a registration online as one of the VJ advicer says to fill up an online registration form before going to St. Lukes on monday. Now I started to fill up the form and it is asking me my;

1. Intended Port of Entry

2. Estimated Date Departure for the US.

I'm going to Denver. Usually the connecting flights of my Fiance started from the Philippines going to Korea, Korea to Seattle, Seattle to Denver. I'm going to Denver. So which country I should put as my Port of Entry?

I shouldn't guess, correct?

You should put "Seattle" for your port of entry. and the estimated date of departure should be any realistic date in the future. This won't have any bearing.

As others already mentioned, registering online is highly advisable as your information will already be in their system when you get there, regardless if you fill it up on a holiday or a weekend. You just have to print this out and show to the guard as you enter, together with the rest of your documents, as online registered applicants have a different line, and faster too.

Thank you sweet cakes.

I'm registering it now. I put the complete address of my Fiance including the zipcode. I'm sure the zipcode is right. But everytime I'm clicking the preview to proceed. It says invalid zipcode. I even search the complete zipcode but its not accepting. :(

Hello everyone, I'm here once again. Wondering if I should go on monday for my Medical dated 21st of April. I will be going there as "walk in" I have all the requirements needed. Was wondering because this week is Holy week until Sunday and 21st is Monday. Are they going to do Holiday extension? Please advice me.

Check the website for St. Lukes as to what dates they are closed.

If I remember correctly it shows SLEC open on the 21st.
