Hello all VJ's member,

Here I am again, I want to ask some of ur opinion and advice, my interview appointment date is June 24, 2014 coz no more slot for this month and May so I take this date and month, but when I review my papers the I-797, notice of action says that the validation of my papers is until May 8, 2014. When I saw this and read again the document I call in the visa information and appointment service, they says with me that authomatically they renewaly the validation of my case if my case is active. This is my question how can I sure that my papers is active, already extend the validation and no problem in the time of my interview? If ever I saw a slot for interview can I cancelled and reschedule my appointment? How many times can reschedule my appointment?

Did someone out there have experience like this? Can share with me and help me also.

Thanks and God Bless

You case is active after all you created a profile and scheduled an interview (that is pretty active ;) ), even if you had done no more then create your account it would show you are active. So you petition validity will automatically be extended for up to a year.

As for rescheduling, you are allowed to do this twice without penalty.
