HELLO MY NAME IS PAOLA AND I NEED SOME HELP WITH THE FORMS, PLEASE. I'M GONNA START BY EXPLAINING MY SITUATION. I MEET MY FIANCEE IN 2010 WHEN I TOOK THE WORK AND TRAVEL PROGRAM IN VERMONT. WE'VE BEEN TOGETHER SINCE THEN AND I'VE BEEN VISITING HIM AND HE ALSO WHEN TO CHILE IN 2012. LAST YEAR IN 2013 I CAME TO VISIT (6 MONTHS) AND HE PROPOSED TO ME IN SEPTEMBER. I CAME HERE ON A TOURIST VISA AND MY I-94 EXPIRED IN NOVEMBER 2013. I DECIDED TO STAY BECAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT TO BE APART. WE'RE GETTING MARRIED NEXT MONTH (WE COULDN'T DO IT BEFORE BECAUSE HE WORKS IN A SKY RESORT AND THAT SEASON IS ALWAYS PRETTY BUSY). HE'S AN AMERICAN CITIZEN. I'VE ALREADY STARTED FILLING UP THE FORMS BUT I'M NOT SURE ABOUT SOME PARTS OF THEM. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE TO GET SOME HELP WITH THIS PROCESS.

1.- SHOULD I FILL OUT EVERYTHING? EVEN THE THINGS THAT DON'T APPLY TO MY CASE?

2.- IN THE FOR G-325 A (IMMIGRANT FORM) WHERE IT SAYS 'ALL OTHER NAMES USED (INCLUDE NAMES OF PREVIOUS MARRIAGES) SHOULD I PUT MY MAIDEN NAME?

3.- SAME FORM G-325 A 'FORMER HUSBANDS OR WIVES (IF NONE SO STATE)/ FAMILY NAME (FOR WIFE, GIVE MAIDEN NAME) IF I'VE NEVER BEEN MARRIED BEFORE I SHOULD PUT ANYTHING IN THAT PART RIGHT? I'M NOT SURE BECAUSE IT SAYS MAIDEN NAME

4.- APPLICANT'S RESIDENCE LAST FIVE YEARS. THE THING IS I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO PUT HERE. AS I SAID BEFORE I TOOK THE WORK AND TRAVEL FOR 4 MONTHS (DEC 2010-APRIL 2011) AFTER THAT I TOOK IT AGAIN IN DEC 2011 TO APRIL 2012. IN AUGUST OF THAT SAME YEAR I CAME HERE TO VISIT FOR SIX MONTHS AND WENT BACK TO MY COUNTRY IN FEBRUARY 2013. FINALLY I CAME BACK AGAIN TO SEE IF THIS COULD REALLY WORK OUT AND HE PROPOSED TO ME IN SEPTEMBER 2013 (I DIDN'T KNOW HE WAS GOING TO PROPOSED WHEN I CAME HERE, I WAS EXPECTING HIM TO GO TO MY COUNTRY LOL) SO I OVERSTAYED SINCE NOV 2013 UNTIL NOW. SHOULD I PUT ALL THAT I MENTIONED BEFORE OR JUST THE ONE IN CHILE AND THE LAST ONE FROM MAY 2013 UNTIL NOW (BECAUSE NOW I'M NOT VISITING, I'M LIVING HERE)???

5.- APPLICANT'S LAST ADDRESS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF MORE THAN 1 YEAR???

6.- SHOULD I USED MY FUTURE HUSBAND'S LAST NAME IN ALL THE FORMS?? BECAUSE I'M GONNA CHANGE IT AFTER WE GET MARRIED.

7.- FORM I-485 PART TWO LETTER A?? NOT SURE.

8.- FORM I-130 PART C QUESTION 18 TO 21. IF I'M ALREADY LIVING IN THE STATES WHAT SHOULD I PUT IN QUESTION 18 ABOUT THE ADDRESS WHERE I 'INTEND TO LIVE'??// QUESTION 19 DOESN'T APPLY IF I'M ALREADY IN THE STATES RIGHT??/// QUESTION 21 (GIVE LAST ADDRESS AT WHICH YOU LIVE TOGETHER) DO I HAVE TO PUT THE ONE I'M LIVING IN RIGHT NOW?? BECAUSE I WANTED TO PUT IT FROM MAY TO DATE BUT I COULDN'T TYPE "TO DATE' IN MY LAPTOP.

THAT'S ALL I CAN THINK FOR NOW, THANKS IN ADVANCE TO WHOMEVER REPLIES MY POST ;)

1. Yes Fill out Everything. Follow the instructions with the appropriate Form if None Write None, If it Doesn't Apply Put N/A.

2. Yes Use You Maiden name and if you've ever been married before and taken your previous husband's name write that too if no then just your maiden name.

3. Put Your Maiden Name if you are now using your husband name on the forms.

4. It States all Places of Residence and Resident is where you resides all those times, they have proof you came in and out of the country so they'll want to know where you were living better to be safe than sorry, I say list every place for the last 5 years.

5. Just State your address in chile? if that's where you're from. the address you used before coming in 2013.

6. Yes use your husband's last name so everything will come in that name already, (GC, EAD) Less Hassle.

7. I was confused about this too Since You File I-130 concurrently with I-485 as you live in the us I am guessing that is approved first and that is the only one that applies to you anyway. lol

18. Current Address

19. N/A because you are already in the US.

20.N/A Doesn't apply

21.current address if you live with your spouse. if not EXACTLY what the question states.

Congrats on your upcoming Marriage, Good Luck and Keep Us Posted!

Well Write the address even if it was not for more than a year because they want that on file, if you don't know the exact days its ok put in like just the month and year estimate.

Put the Address where you're living in right now and then just write in "Present" instead of typing it. I know it doesn't look great to type and write in with hand on an application lol because I am a neat freak but you have to so that it is truthful.

Thanks! I appreciate Angel's response to one of my questions I figure post independent from the original post where I asked several questions, and no I have not gotten any answer on that one. But I figure if I ask one by one in different post they might be noticed rather that having them all in one single post, I guess is too much to read for ther memebers and rather scroll down ..LOL

Thanks again!

Thanks Teddy, no that is not the thread. Is this one, so now I am breaking it down in a question per thread and now I am getting help. I understand people don't have much time to read long posts so I try to keep each questions to the point but giving as much info as possible

Thanks Teddy, no that is not the thread. Is this one, so now I am breaking it down in a question per thread and now I am getting help. I understand people don't have much time to read long posts so I try to keep each questions to the point but giving as much info as possible

Ok, I didn't see that thread. It is better to keep things short and simple whenever possible.

Good Luck!
