Got interview letter, questions for medical exam and Doc. code

Hi Everyone,

Finally got the interview letter for my mom (her interview will be at the Consulate in TAIPEI, TAIWAN), but I have some questions:

1. Prepare for the Medical Examination: should my mom just go any hospital for the Medical Examination? in this letter it doesn't tell more details about the exam just ask my mom to bring the interview letter with her b/c the physician needs to review this letter.

2. Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of

Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal

income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

Does my mom need my Federal income tax return?

But at the other page for Document Status says as below, I am confused, does she need the Federal income tax return or not?

3. I got the interview letter via email from NVC, and they say this is the formal notification of the visa interview, will my mom get more instruction from the Consulate in TAIPEI, TAIWAN or this is it?

Did you check with the US Embassy website in Taiwan? They should have some instruction as to where the medical exam should be at and what documents to bring.
