if you want to leave then leave now, because after having the child you can't leave the country taking the child if he does not agree, and then you will have serious problems .You still.can travel ,but soon the airline company won't allow you to get in the plane if you are 7/9months pregnant. Think about your safety and your child's safety . If your husband is not capable to stop his sister of abusing you then he is a scumbag. Is she abusing you physically ? Then call the cops on her,if mentally then you tell her to off.

Think about what it is you want to really do. Is this problem with your husband something you can resolve or is it grave enough that you'd prefer to throw in the towel and just go back to your home country? We do not have enough of the details to give you useful advice. Most marriages are rough in the beginning but some do work out eventually. If it is an issue of just having to deal with his family (you mentioned a sister) then try and tell him about your concerns and maybe he can talk to her. If it is something worst (i.e. physical, mental or emotional abuse) and you are doubtful that the situation will ever change then maybe it will be wise to just leave now while you are still able to. Weigh your options and think about your baby's welfare. If you think your life and safety is at issue then get out now. You can go to the cops or seek a local women's group in your area to provide you with the support you need.

Sein oder Nichtsein, das ist heir die Frage.
