Proof of Residency by USC Petitioner:

• Copy of Petitioners Passport from the day of arrival [ALL pages]

• NBI Clearance

• Barangay Clearance

• Cedula or Community Tax Certificate

• Western Union Remittances with Philippine address sent by his mother from U.S

• Membership Cards: SM Advantage Card, VideoCity Card

• Sworn Affidavit from mother of wife, stating that we are currently living together and resides at my wife’s house address together with her whole family. Just giving enough money to pay some of the bills for the house, but the bill is under her mother’s name ever since.

anything that we need more???

I gave them My ACR card My AEP card 2 bills water and cable. Job contract copy. Lease agreement for our townhouse notarized.

sorry, unsure of yer acronyms, but

what does he have that proves up his legal residency , showing a date > 6 months since issuance, in his passport or some other ID card?

yup on his passport,, arrival date was oct 22, 2013 he will stay here until october 21, 2014..

do we need to get acr>>???

If you're on a one year balikbyan stamp, then you should be good to go. Some have done DCF with that and little else.

There are a few posts on here relating experiences with usem and DCF, read through those and you should have your answer.

ACR I believe it's Alien certificate of Residency. After you stay in The Philippines for a certain period of time you need to purchase this card. AEP if you as a foreigner want to work here Alien Employment Permit. His passport shows how long he has been here. I guess I'm from the school of have as much proof as you can ring so that there is no questions.

yup he is on bb 1 yr stamp. so were good to go then.
