Wow your case is so similar to mine. We've been together for 6 years married for less than a week now and we have 2 little boys. My husband is only 4 years older than me and he is still in the process of becoming a citizen so I will be applying for AOS around a July or August. Since I have not done the process yet I cannot tell you firsthand how long it will be but I have been lurking around here for a while and timelines for NOA1 are usually 7-10 Days after they Receive your application. But don't be nervous about the age gap, If you guys are in a serious and loving relationship they will know. I wish you the best of Luck and Keep us updated!!! lol
