i need some sound advice here...i was employed from 2003-2005. decided to start a business in 2006 and was self employed with just enough income for that year to meet minimum poverty guidelines set forth. also, got married in sept. 29, 2006 in manila. went back to the US early December of 2006. i'm unemployed now but have gotten an official letter from an employer and will begin a new job on Feb.1. have a pretty decent amount of money in the bank that was left behind by my parents when they passed away (btw, thanks to the republicans who passed legislation to repeal estate taxes below $1M  ).

anyway, my question is should I wait for Feb.1 to send in my I-130 (and I-129F later on)and G325A (since this form asks for current employer) or should I go ahead and send it out anyway since financial requirements won't be required until my wife's appearance at the embassy. I just don't know if the questions regarding employment history in the G325A has any bearing to whether my petition will be approved and/or accepted.
