Divorce Paper - Do they need to be notarized/translated?

I sent my husbands divorce decree and it is just a photocopy. No need to be certified copy or notarized copy

:thumbs: :thumbs: This is what I did for my gal, anyways!

Also, just my opinion based on what my gal and I chose to do, filing the ROM (Report of Marriage) is a personal choice. This needs to be done only if you or your spouse wishes to get their new Phil. passport in the married name. Otherwise, only egotistical males want this done! For obvious reasons... When she gets her USA passport it will be in her married name, again for obvious reasons...
