Hello all, simple question here I've been looking through many websites in regards to my I-130, and I noticed that it mentioned that if you had answered yes to question 16 which deals with prior immigration proceedings to send in evidence, otherwise USCIS will send you a letter later on asking for evidence or such.

I've read things from write a letter or such, but what is the best evidence to send? Should i send my final decision which states Voluntary Departure by May 24th? Should i send my entire documents since the day i entered immigration holding? Should i just write a letter explaining what happened, since surely they have all these documents?

thank you for any input, i will explain my situation in my the introduction part shortly, thanks.

Ok, I have a couple of attorneys who I've been talking to since my original attorney of 4 years kind of left me to drown after my final letter two weeks ago.

One told me to check yes to immigration proceedings and to check removal

Another one told me to check yes as well but to write in Voluntary Departure and not check Removal, Judicial or whatever other of the 4 options it says.

Wouldn't the last letter I got stating that I lost my appeal at Bureau of Immigration Appeals suffice for evidence as in the 4 pages it states my entire case as far ands removal of witholding, asylum application, denial and denial of appeal?

Thank you again for any input

Follow your attorney's advice on this. Mine isn't going to change.
