And I Want to make sure I have the prices right. I Am A VWP Overstay Married to a USC And I Need First The Civil Surgeon Exam which is anywhere from $150-300? I am already in the us Duh so I Will File the I30 and the I485 Concurrently Which is $1490 Correct? and With that package if I send in The Work Permit app the fee is waved correct? I can also apply for AP together as it is free right?

ROC -I751: Removal of Conditions on Green Card   

Green Card Expires: 05/20/2017

03/18/2017 - Application Sent (I-751)

03/20/2017 - Application Delivered. (Day 1)

03/24/2017 - Date Of Biometrics Letter (Day 4)

03/30/2017 - Date I Received Biometrics Letter (Day 10)

04/14/2017 - Actual Biometrics Appointment @ 10 AM (Day 25)

Never Received  - NOA 

01/18/2018 - I-551 Stamp (Day 305)

06/26/2018 - Case was transferred to NSC. (Day 463)

08/03/2018 - Received 18 month extension letter. (Day 501)

09/01/2018 - Submitted N400! (Day 530)

 

N-400 Citizenship 

Permanent Resident Since: 05/20/2015

Local USCIS Office: Oakland Park, FL 

Applied Online. 

 

09/01/2018 - Application Submitted Online (N-400)

09/07/2018 - Received physical copy of app receipt in the mail. (Day 6)

09/08/2018 - Biometrics Scheduled. (Day 7)

09/27/2018 - Biometrics appointment. (Day 26)

06/21/2019 - Interview Scheduled. (Day 293)

08/10/2019 - Interview - Passed. (Day 343)

Make sure you call around and get the best option for the civil surgeon medical exam because some will try to over-charge.

ROC

06/17/2016: ROC Mailed via USPS Express in Large Flate-Rate Box to Vermont Service Center (P.O. Box)

06/18/2016: ROC Delivered by USPS

06/22/2016: Check Cashed

06/24/2016: NOA1 Received Dated 06/20/2016

07/09/2016: ASC Appointment Notice Received Dated 07/02/2016 & Scheduled 07/21/2016

07/21/2016: Biometrics Successfully Completed (Birmingham)

05/18/2017: InfoPass Appointment - 1-Year Extension Stamp Received

06/06/2017: ROC Approval Letter Received Dated 05/30/2017

06/14/2017: Green Card Delivered!

On this topic ***I have a question on this as well, My husband ( Canadian Citizen) Did his civil surgeon exam last year. It has taken us longer than expected to start filling ( many family issues etc) any way, I was wondering is it still okay to send in since it'll be right around a year old? Does he need to get another one? :( or can we send in that one? Everything came back good on it no diseases and whatnot. It costs us $300 for it last year...

Met:4/8/10

Started dating : 04/17/10

He came to US: 8/3/10

( Was supposed to return 9/3/10)

Now we have been married since 3/23/12 heart.gif

Note: The results of the medical examination are generally valid for only 12 months.

Not sure if you will get RFE for a updated medical if the current medical you would submit, expires during adjudication.

You must submit the medical to USCIS within one year of the civil-surgeon's certification. Provided you have no class A or B medical conditions (other than a class B condition noted under "other medical conditions") then the medical will remain valid for however long it takes USCIS to adjudicate the I-485, even if this is beyond a year from the date the medical was performed.

Thanks guys, I guess I really should have done my research more on that. I wasn't thinking hurried and completed and wasted time and money. I'd rather redo it then risk an RFE. I am this time going to make sure I have all my paperwork close to complete before going to get his done.
