You tried to link people who are pro-choice and make a statement about late-term abortions having "no shortage of supporters" ...

This woman gave birth to babies who were at term. Viable when born. Then she killed them. And you compared this to abortion because...?

And then even you admit that the majority of abortions occur before this stage.

No way! They were totally selfish women (let's face it, probably black) who didn't want their baby anymore and just had a really hard time deciding how to kill it, alright?

I am totally outraged at this 0.08% of women that I don't know the stories behind. They are a statistic to me! Roar!

Why bring your politics into this horrible tragedy.... Killing a baby that has come to term is illegal and considered murder I believe in all 50 States. Ie: you shoot an 8 month pregnant woman and if her and baby dies you face two murder counts.

But you knew this didn't you? You don't always have to play the role of the antagonist, why not be civil for a change.

I would agree, many probably were regretted decisions brought on by some severe medical problem

what I object to is this women could have killed these same healthy lives a day earlier and we not only don't protect the child but apparently we hardly keep any data about the circumstances of these acts.

A Utah mother is facing murder charges after the bodies of seven infants were found hidden in a garage at the home where she used to live, according to police.

Megan Huntsman, 39, is charged with six counts of murder. She was booked Sunday into the Utah County Jail. It wasn’t immediately clear if Huntsman has an attorney, and why she is charged with six counts of murder and not seven.

"During the course of the investigation, information was obtained that over a 10-year period a 39-year-old female gave birth to the infants and then killed them,” Pleasant Grove, Utah, police said in a statement.

It's so sad. I'm not siding with her, what she did was wrong, but I have to wonder why it is that when she left her husband's house, she didn't take the bodies to avoid discovery--had to leave very suddenly perhaps? I'm wondering if there was some nasty abuse going on in that house that may have triggered the murders. Not saying she doesn't deserve punishment, but that perhaps there is more than one party responsible.
