I'm curious who hasn't been transferred - what type of visa you are adjusting from, location, date of NOA1s.

Our case has not been transferred. We are adjusting from a K-3 in Texas. Our NOA1 date is 12/11/06.

Biometrics have been done. No EAD issued yet.

I filed for my wife on October 6 adjusting from a K-1 status. I received an RFE on Oct 25, 2006. Case Status changed on November 7, acknowledging that the RFE answer was received. Biometrics was on November 24, 2006. Nothing has really changed since November 7, 2006.

Not sure if they accepted my RFE yet, according to USPS it got to the PO box on Saturday, so I'm now impatiently waiting to hear something from them.

Haven't been transferred - K1 visa - NOA1 was Nov. 16, 2006 - no RFE - Los Angeles - no interview scheduled - nothing on the EAD

The only pattern I'm noticing is that people from California don't usually get transferred.

We're adjusting from B2 (also Canadian, so no visa) and almost certainly will not be transferred. Our NOA is dated 8/23/06 and the I-485 was last touched 9/11/06. Our application is still in Missouri since the Atlanta DO is backlogged. The name check has been completed. No RFE's.

We Were at CSC untill today when are case was trasfered back to Seattle, looks like there is going to an interview and we are not that lucky on well. Good luck everyone ok?

i'm guessing that we will be interviewed...since almost everyone who recently went through the LA District Office had been. if the timeline here on VJ is accurate for our District Office, then i'm hoping for a mid- to late Feb interview. (also...hopefully my husband's EAD will be approved soon. he needs to drive...and work of course.)

No transfer for me, and, honestly, I didn't know people could get approved without an interview before I found this forum. I used to post (still do) on another board where everybody's adjusting from H1, F1, TN etc. and we had very few K1 holders there, so CSC transfer is something new I learned about on this board
