I'm curious who hasn't been transferred - what type of visa you are adjusting from, location, date of NOA1s. ;)

not yet transferred to CSC...have biometrics this thursday..hopefuly, will get some response. I havnt got any RFE yet...I am adjusting from F-1 and my wife is USC. :innocent:

AOS timeline - from F1 & wife (USC)

485,130,765 mailed - dec 18

applications on file - dec 21 (day 1)

check cashed - dec 23 (day 3)

NOA for 485,130 - dec 26 (day 6)

all three touched - dec 27 (day 7)

biometrics letter - dec 30 (day 10)

all three touched - jan 3 2007 (day 14)

all three touched - jan 5 2007 (day 16)

I-130 and I-765 touched - jan 10 2007 (day 21) - HUH? What about 485???

biometrics appt - jan 11 2007 (day 22) - DONE (went early - got done in 5 mins!!)

Interview Notice Date - jan 12 2007 (day 23)

I-485 and I-765 touched - jan 13 2007 (day 24)

I-485 and I-765 touched - jan 16 2007 (day 27)

Interview Notice in mail for March 13 - jan 19 2007 (day 30)

I-485 and I-130 touched - Feb 21 2007 (day 63) - huh? maybe files arrived at local DO

I-765 touched - Feb 27 2007 (day 69) - Thank you Lord!!!

I-765 touched and APPROVED - March 2 2007 (day 72) - Card Production Ordered!!!

Interview day - March 13 2007 - APPROVED!! took less than 15 mins!!!!!

Removal of conditions

I-751 filed - dec 10 2008

NOA1 - dec 20 2008

Biometrics - jan 21 2009

wouldnt this be most everyone not on the "CSC transferree" list?

yes, but that post is so long & out of date & doesn't list what type of visa.

It's easier to look at the latest filers in one post.

in the namecheck tracker thread, i tracked visa type, but made no difference at all there. we have so very few VWP, F1, etc. adjusters the data was just unimportant.

just curious, what exactly do you want to know? are you looking for some pattern?

curiousity. Does it matter why?

You had AR during K1, Rebecca didn't. Both are now held up in AOS. Also wanted to see what DOs are NOT transferring.

I wasn't transferred to CSC. I didn't come in on any visa at all. I came from Canada to Maryland.. no visa necessary to cross the border.. got married while here (never had intentions to) and filed AOS in September. Interview is tomorrow. Took approx 92 days to get EAD.

I-485 AOS Filing (shortened timeline):

08/25/06 - WEDDING DAY <3

09/14/06 - Medical

09/18/06 - Mailed AOS

10/04/06 - RFE request I-485

10/11/06 - RFE response rec'd by USCIS

10/12/06 - BIOMETRICS done!

11/18/06 - Interview Notice in mail (Day 60)

12/26/06 - *TOUCH* I-765, EAD approval notice sent (Day 98)

12/29/06 - Received EAD, applied for SSN (Day 101)

01/03/07 - *TOUCH* I-130, I-485, I-765 received EAD (Day 106)

01/10/07 - INTERVIEW 9:45am Baltimore! Recommended for approval (Day 113)

05/08/07 - APPROVAL NOTICE & WELCOME TO USA LETTER SENT! (Day 231)

05/14/07 - Received I-130 approval & welcome letter (Day 237)

05/15/07 - Green card ordered (Day 238)

I-751 Filing:

02/06/09 - Mailed I-751! (Day 1)

02/09/09 - I-751 Delivered to Vermont (Day 4)

02/13/09 - NOA 1 (Day 8)

03/06/09 - BIOMETRICS (Day 29)

no, it does not matter why, i was curious myself what you wanted to find out by posting this thread. seems like alot of information to try to put together and analyze.

My AR has very little to do with the fact that we are stuck now though.
