Hello VJ'rs, I hope your all fine with all our visa journey.

I have some questions and I hope that someone can help me.

I had my Interview at Manila US Embassy last April 3, and the consul told me that she can not issue me a visa yet, I need to submit them a copy of W-2 FORM from my petitioner since the 1040 that we submitted was having a joint filing of the income tax. But the petitioner is the only one who is working presently for more than 3 years now. buy anyways its not my main concern now. The packet was received last April 7, 2014 when I checked it online. It was sent from US directly to US Embassy.

In addition to that, I checked the CEAC website that says READY when you will be having an interview.

It says,

READY

Immigrant Visa Number: MNLXXXXXXXXXX 01 MNL

Date Created:XXX XX XXXX

Status Updated: April 8, 2014

so here are my questions:

What is the meaning of 01 MNL after my case number, I remember that it was not there before my interview.

Why it is still READY and not administrative processing? whats the difference?

Why is the Status Update date changes from April 8 to April 11...?

When I called the Embassy last Friday April 11, they said that my visa was not yet issued.

Does anyone our there can tell me if I'am still on the usual waiting time frame?

Thank you!

MIKE and MEL
