If alive he will need permission from their mother to immigrate. They will each need medicals and interviews. It is basically the same as his ( except he didn't need permission from his mommy )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

~Inquiry about K-2 "to follow" process~

(organizer hat off)

Take the opportunity to review the DOS Nonimmigrant Visa for Fiance(e) (K-1) FAQs for more information:

http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/types/family/fiance-k-1.html

From your line of questioning, the children's K-2 visa applications were processed at the same time as the K-1? Do you have the children's immigration packets with the passports and attached K-2 visas? Please provide for information about the specific situation.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

They will ask general chod appropriate questions. Like do you know where your daddy lives, do you know your step mommy, ( for those of speaking age )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

NigeriaOrBust's signature that says "this will not be over quickly, you will not enjoy this" refers to the journey to get a loved one to the US. It is a long and painful process that I don't think anyone enjoys. It was not directly solely to you

good luck

Children go through the same process as the adults. They have the same forms as he did, they have to have medical, have an interview, pay the visa fees. That is true that the mother, has to write a statement that she is legally giving custody to the father to live in the US. Also, the mother and/or the father must take the children and attend the interview. Only one of the legal guardians can attend the interview with the children.
