Made mistake on 129F

I'm really in a jam for answers, I'm 5 days away from going with my Fiance to the interview, and going over all of the paper work I just realized That i inverted the kids last name on the 129F petition, everywhere else they are correct, Don't know what to do, I'm afraid that this will come up during interview process and it will be denied, the kids are 10, and 14 need some advice.

You can email the embassy about that.my name was wrong before and i emailed the embassy.problem solved

Agree with email the embassy, although you might not get a reply since your appointment is so close. I transposed my fiancé's date of birth. I emailed the embassy too and they replied telling me to just inform the office at the interview. If a date of birth didn't seem like a big deal, I'm sure they can help with the name changes.
