SOME HELP PLEASE ON ONLINE APPLICATION DS-260

I am the beneficiary, since wednesday 08-04-14 I started my DS-260 application online and unfortunately my power went off and so my computer shut down. I was on the process of filling the online form, reached far as the present and previous address.

It took hours for the power to come back and when it came I hurried turn on the computer to finish my incomplete application and after I reached to the page of present and previous address and tried to go next page, an error been coming since wednesday and today saterday 12-04-14.

My hubby been calling over and over at the NVC and even spoke to the supervisors and they told him they log in the page and everything looked find. My hubby even tried it on his computer and it still saying the same thing.

This has been the message we been receiving every time we tried to edit the form, we start out good with the first pages and after we fill the page with the address this is what come next page. At the botton I copied the message.

Can someone please tell us what to do because we been trying over and over and calling NVC and still they done nothing.

Hi, I have the same problem like u, mine is that I cannot click Review or Sign, Application error happened. Have you finished DS260 now? How did u resolve it?

did you guys solve this problem? i am currently in the same boat everytime i press "review" in the ds260 form, and NVC on the phone has been unable to help
