Hello there Guys, I am a US Citizen and I also currently hold Indian Citizenship as well, which I will be surrendering soon. One of the requirement is US Citizenship Passport Info. If you guys can help me with what they are asking for that would be a BIG help.

What does these lines means?

Copy Of Information Page - Is this Page 2 and 3 (Shows My Passport Info and Picture?

Last Two Amendment Pages - What the Heck are these pages? I have total of 28 Pages on my current passport. Are they talking about Endorsements Pages (Currently Blank)?

Please share your thoughts and thank you in advance.

Josh

All I know on this subject, my wife was forced by our DOS with an agreement they made with my wife's home country, to maintain her home country's citizenship and passport if she wants to visit her home country.

Seems a direct contradiction with that oath she made with the USCIS.

I don't even understand the rest of your post.
