New EAD or renewal EAD?

Hello,

I am going to file for AOS with EAD and AP soon.

I entered the US on a K-1 on December 2006 at JFK and I got the stamp with work authorization at the POE.

I had a EAD when I was working on Optional practical Training this past year 2006 (the card expire on 1/25/07)

On the application I-765 which option do I have to check?

I am applying for "permission to accept employment" or for " renewal of permission to accept employment"

If you are applying for EAD using c9 (married to a USC) then you are applying for a new EAD....
