Hi all

Last question before I submit my DS-260... there's a yes/no question which reads as follows:

Do you seek to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor but have not yet been certified by the Secretary of Labor?

When I arrive in the US I do intend to get a job. However, I was under the impression that I didn't need any certification from the Sec. of Labor since I'm entering as the spouse of a US citizen. Question is, do I answer "no" because technically I'm not entering FOR THE PURPOSE of working or do I answer "yes" and explain in the comments because I will be seeking employment but haven't been certified?

Many thanks (I honestly don't know how anyone completes this without a lawyer if they haven't come across VJ... and I am effectively a lawyer by training)
