Should I have filed I-485 Supplement A? My interview is next week

So my interview is scheduled for next week. I was going over the checklist to make sure I have everything ready to go for my interview and noticed that i MIGHT not have filled out the I-485 Supplement A. To be honest, I might have but I am not sure. It's the only form I don't have a copy of.

I applied for adjustment of status because I married a US citizen a little while ago. I originally came from Canada as a tourist and been here in the US ever since.

So far, I've filed the I-130/I-485 checklist, had my biometrics done, a couple of requests for missing information completed and was granted an interview. I've paid the fees for my I-130 ($420) and the fees for my I-485 ($985) and biometrics ($85). Did I need to do the I-485A as well? I would think not since I'm scheduled for my interview but now I'm beginning to 2nd guess myself.
