Hello osorio, sorry man I was busy looking for jobs and preparing documents for my interview

So yesterday I had my interview at 11am, I arrived 30mns before time and waited to be called. 45mns after arrival we were called in by a guy in his 30s, he asked plenty of questions such as how and where did we met (in college), when, whats my status, when did I proposed (told him that there was no formal proposal) etc Anyways we answered all questions without any problems, and then he asked if we brought more evidence and I gave him:

-bank account showing that I pay the car insurance for both of our cars since 2 years now

-proof that we have been living together since 4 years

-documents from our leasing office showing that we renewed our lease for one more year in March 2014

-joint tax return (we have been filing at the same place since 3 years and I showed him evidences)

- Bills that were 4 years old with my name and hers, (electricity, water, cable but he stated that he doesnt need them).

After I gave him all these evidences he started asking me if I committed any crime, engage in prostitution, intend to overthrow the US government etc... In which I all answered NO! Now while going through my files and scanning them after 45mns of asking almost the same questions, he inquired about where we get married I replied at the mosque because I am a Muslim, suddenly his whole demeanor changed he looked at me and said REALLY??? How are you going to make it if you have different beliefs??? My wife replied that actually it is not a problem for her we have been together for 5 years plus half of her family is Muslim. He even asked if I intend to practice polygamy...

So after that this IO decided to give me a RFE because he needs proofs showing that we have been paying rent since we got married (mind you I brought a check book 4 years old showing that I was writing checks to pay rent before we even got married, but he said its too old and doesnt mean anything he wants proof of us paying since we got married in DECEMBER!!!) I brought receipt from January and February 2014 though, but my man wants from DECEMBER to now lol.

Anyway we made an info pass and will give him even more than what he wants, this guy passion seems to be to give people a hard time, the weird thing is that my wife had him during her citizenship process and he made it very hard for her too. In the end I just hope that everything will be fine. Let me know of your opinions. Thanks for reading.

Well this was my experience yesterday 16 of June

My app was @ 10:15 AM We got there @ 09:55 AM, It was not full of people but the interviews was taking longer than that expected some people came out happy other with out emotions @ 11:40 AM there was like 4 couples in the waiting room, and someone came out and ask who was there for interview I raised my hand and the other couples too, they took my app letter and then she said let me see what's going on, and went inside after 2 minutes they start calling people they call me at 11:50 AM we follow the IO to her office, before we sat she make us swore, asked for our Id's and then she start to look all the paper work I sent all the apps I485 I130 I 765 affidavit, and start asking questions to me (I am the beneficiary)

My Father's name

My mother's name

my Address

Where Do i Work

and then the Yes and Not Questions

And then she start bombarding my wife (petitioner) with all type of QUESTIONS you guys CAN THINK OF, she ask for specific dates, time, names, places, she want my wife to be specific in the timeline of our relationship, We got married in 2013 and I just file the apps on 2014 we date for 8 months and we met back in 2000

Then she asked me for the marriage certificate

Then she went back to my wife and keep asking questions about our relationship

Then she asked for our evidence of our relationship, we brought like 40 pictures and the Ipad full of pics, she took the album with the pics and look ONE BY ONE spend maybe 5 to 6 mins looking at all the pics, I gave her utilities bills under our name, we have at company together, and more bills

she looked at me and said, this is all?? I said yes, she looked everything one by one, and after almost 25 to 30 mins maybe, she said that they will take 30 days to make a decision on my case and I will received an answer in those 30 days
