you do not need a lawyer.

USCIS and the US Embassy are well aware that people get pregnant while waiting for their visas. What I posted above is how the situation is dealt with.

Since there are ways to deal with it, there is no reason for an expedite.

Thanks aaron an christeen that's what I wanted to know would I ofto go back through with the US embassy to for the K2 visa CRBA is a. Better way to go

Go after the baby is born. The US cannot do anything while you are pregnant. The US Embassy will need the birth certificate in order to process any paperwork.

Pregnancy and weddings are not valid reasons for expedites, it will not even be considered if you apply for it. Nothing, also, will speed up or expedite the AP process. If you're in AP there's no expedite to request, anyway.

I already had my interview an been approved jus waiting to get my visa in hand

Then what would there even be an expedite for?

Isn't there also limit while pregnant that you can fly only up to 7 months being pregnant ? I hope you ll get your visa soon since you already were approved. I thought it usually takes week to get vis after interview when approved

That's exactly how you need to proceed... Your all good, nothing you can do so relax and have a healthy baby...

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!
