you do not need a lawyer.

USCIS and the US Embassy are well aware that people get pregnant while waiting for their visas. What I posted above is how the situation is dealt with.

Since there are ways to deal with it, there is no reason for an expedite.

Go after the baby is born. The US cannot do anything while you are pregnant. The US Embassy will need the birth certificate in order to process any paperwork.

No. There is paperwork that you must file with the birth certificate.

Google CRBA and US Embassy in Jamaica for the procedure.

My due. Date. Is close an if have the baby in jamaica I don't know the other step I can still travel with my baby? What do I do then ?an my wedding is set for next month

Pregnancy and weddings are not valid reasons for expedites, it will not even be considered if you apply for it. Nothing, also, will speed up or expedite the AP process. If you're in AP there's no expedite to request, anyway.

Ok thanks

Hi Barbiediamond, You don't have a timeline activated so I couldn't see when your fiance filed for you. You mentioned administrative processing. Are you in administrative processing? Or did your fiance just petition for you? When was your priority date (date of NOA1)?

Isn't there also limit while pregnant that you can fly only up to 7 months being pregnant ? I hope you ll get your visa soon since you already were approved. I thought it usually takes week to get vis after interview when approved
