You do not qualify for an expedite. Having a baby and setting a wedding date are not reasons for expediting. If they were, everyone would get pregnant or set a US wedding date to expedite. Sorry.

No you it does not impact your case, I did it on Wednesday, If the decide that you qualified under the criteria they had they will expedite it, if they decide you are not eligible to expedition it will not impact your case

What reason do you have to expedite youe case?

  • (0 Days) 02/08/14---- I485, I130, I765 Sent
  • (2 Days) 02/10/14 ---- USPS.COM package deliver
  • (12 Days) 02/19/14 ---- NOA Received for all apps
  • (20 Days) 02/27/14 ---- NOA1 Biometrics app for I485, I765 Appointment for 03/13/14
  • (21 Days) 02/28/14 ---- Successful walk in for biometrics at local UCIS Miami --- Same day license renew
  • (48 Days) 03/27/14 ----- Driver License arrived
  • (54 Days) 04/02/14 ----- Status change online for I485 "testing Interview"
  • (61 Days) 04/09/14 ----- Called UCIS to expedite my I765
  • (62 Days) 04/10/14 ----- Meet with my congressman asking him to call on my behalf to expedite my I765

Ohhh We have different process I apply for AOS I married a USC

But I belived you can expidite your process with out any impact on your case

You do not qualify for an expedite.

Having a baby and setting a wedding date are not reasons for expediting. If they were, everyone would get pregnant or set a US wedding date to expedite.

I didn't mean to offend you but I don't know what I would ofto do because the baby is not listed on the application

Do I jus receive. My visa and travel with my baby? That's the part I want to know

The baby has a US citizen father.

If the father meets the 5 years physical presence requirements to pass US citizen on to his child, then the child would a US citizen when he/she is born in Jamaica. Father files for a CRBA and US passport for the child.

If the father does not meet the physical presence requirements, then the child can be added to your case as a K-2.

If the baby's father is a US citizen, the. After the birth in Jamaica you would apply for a CRBA and the baby could be issued a us passport and gain citizenship,through the father. Pregnancy is NOT a reason for expedite... And they cannot expedite AP, you must wait it put till you are cleared...

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!
