Don't need to wait for the letter to arrive to get your MNL #

There is info on the CFO requirements and consent/advice letter in my link below

Hello Hank :D so how can i get my MNL#? how long will i have to wait for it? should i call the nvc right away? thank u! :D

Yeah 18-21 needs letter from the parents and 22-25 needs parental advice. I read on someone's post that she has a form for parental advice but she didn't respond when I asked her if she made it or it's given by the embassy.

We are both 22 years old.

good evening.. i just need some information.. what are the requirements for in the philippines.. im confused. philippine US embassy has their own requirements for fiance visa.. i just want to prepare those requirements.. please help me.. thank you..
