jp, called two of the 3 david's bridal's here. first one i called pointed me at a store that has this dress in a size 10. from what i remember from getting nessa's dress, a wedding dress should be decreased in size only one step down.

person i spoke to is amanda, she works till 1800 tonight (1600 your time). they are open till 2100 or 1900 your time (7 pm for you civilians).

Wow thanks! That was really sweet of you..I think it will be too small I think I need a 12. Unless they can somehow manage to squeeze me into it LOL. They won't ship the dress here, they said I have to buy it and then they will send it, but the catch is I can't return it! Geez could this be any harder? LOL

put on a corset jp! so i need to hunt for a size 12 instead? :(

hey i do remember there is a mena girl around kc besides me - sarachid? maybe fly out and try it on?

Well apparently there is one in Oxnard that is a size 16, the lady said its better to take them in then to let them out. I might have to drive So Cal and check it out..........to be continued...LOL

awww no princess for kc then :P

be sure to ask about darts. apparently that's some marker on the dress, make sure you get a very good alteration specialist to do this.

i had a crash course in this about 2 months ago :blush:

i smelled a liar when this one woman told me we could take a size 10 and alter it down to a size 6.......so i double checked and sure enough - it ranked as a bad idea.

Did you see the comedian guest Jon had on last night? I thought he was hilarious even though Jon was thinking the guy was too mean. "my daughter isn't sleeping, I don't love her anymore"!!!! hilarious.
