Question about proper employment address (G-325A

I have a question about employment history on the G-325A. My wife and I are in disagreement about it and some clarification would be very helpful.

For one of my wife’s past jobs, she worked at a local branch office in our area but the official main address for that company is located in Tokyo which is a bit far away. Should we use the actual address of where she physically worked or the main address of the company?

For another job, she worked for someone who owned multiple businesses. His main business has a separate name, and her actual job was working for a bakery that he owned. So, she was hired under his main business which has a separate address than the physical bakery she worked at. Should we use the name of the main business and it’s address since that is where her pay check came from, or the name of the bakery and address of the bakery that she physically worked at?
