There should be no problems with her moving to Nigeria to be with you. Will be far less time consuming and almost no chance of that not happening, vs. the many time consuming hurdles that will likely result in a denial anyway.

To front load means to send more than the usual with the petition to USCIS, the point being that the CO will have seen the extra

relationship evidence BEFORE the interview. Some CO's make up their mind to approve or refuse before the interview and at that time

will no longer accept or acknowledge any evidence you bring to the interview.

They base their discretion on evidence included or left out in what was forwarded to them from USCIS. Lagos is notorious for that.

To side load means you can still submit extra and current relationship proof at the NVC stage to make sure the CO has seen it

before the interview.

Look for front load threads in the sub-saharan forum. It would be a good idea to head over there for embassy specific questions.

Also read the embassy reviews pertaining to Lagos.

The above is a good description. However, front-loading results in reasonable expectation the Consular Officer has seen the evidence in the file. Side loading does not carry the same level of expectation. This is because the Consular Officer is expected to be familiar with what USCIS saw. They are NOT "expected" to review evidence added at the NVC stage. They might look at and consider it, but it is not part of their job description and they cannot be held accountable for ignoring it.

Absolutely I agree ! They get quite fussy and can return a case that they consider has new / conflicting evidence (or brought

into light through AP) that USCIS has not seen.

Three student visa applications is not that big of a deal. Many others here have had one or more previous K1 petitions and successfully overcome that.
What is tricky is the time gap between each petition, the speed at which the relationship evolved, the end of one relationship and the beginning of the new one and how fast a marriage took place. If it's at the speed of lightening then it is of course not a good thing and can give the impression

that the beneficiary had ants in the pants to hurry up with another agenda. It may not be necessarily so but it appears that way.

Given the discretion of CO's they can think what they want and make their decision based on what they perceive it to be.

The burden of proof and convincing evidence lies with the beneficiary.

It is also important to have a balanced stack of evidence that speaks of a bona fide relationship. Don't just "stuff" the

evidence with a zillion papers but submit meaningful material from the beginning to current to convice the CO that you are genuine.

Let your evidence tell the love story.

How much to submit is a personal decision and based upon what kind of communication and face time you have had.

If more should be submitted along with your DS260, I let someone else add to that.
