Your situation is what it is, your Fiancee can pre load the application with evidence of your current relationship, I would concentrate on the time you have spent together.

Evidence of time spent together would include the stamps in her passport showing her entering and exiting Nigeria, along with photos of the two of you together. You could also add examples of how and how frequently you communicate.

The first thing I would do if I were you, would be to get your fiancee to come her and learn the process and ideas discussed here. She is the one filing a petition in your behalf and needs to carefully and effectively prepare the petition package. It's really not up to you to do this.

To give you specific answers we need to know some more details.

How much time went by between the failed K1 and the current marriage ?

How long did you know her before you proposed marriage ?

How many times did she visit you ?

Is there an age gap ?

Be ready to explain if you had a short time between relationships and a fast marriage and not enough face time.

Bring as much communication evidence as you possibly can and lots of photos of both of you together and with family.

Know everything about each other.

Plan to have her present during interview time.

She can't be at the interview itself but hand over her passport as proof that she is with you, waiting outside or in the

USC part of the embassy where she can go and say she is available if they would grant her a few minutes time if there is a problem.

I hope you front loaded the petition and didn't just submit the bare minimum.

I got denied the K1 application in Sept 2011 and my Ex Fiancee stopped talking to me right away she gave up on me and she moved on with another man that they both live together now I felt so bad at first but I got over the situation, I met my wife around December same year, we got our communication going, we talk over the phone minimum of 2-3 times daily, we chat on yahoo messenger everyday, we send each other a lots of emails, and she finally came to Nigeria March 2012 and we got married she spent 1 week, But since then we communicate with each other like we live in the same house.

She came back again in June, 3 months after wedding and spent 2 weeks with me, she wanted to come again for my birthday in October last year 2013 but we concluded she should come during my Interview so to save money.

I knew her for 2 and half months before I proposed marriage to her which she agreed and she came during her vacation from work.

She has been here 2 times.

Yes there is a age between us but I don't care about the age difference or does that count too?

You red flags are that you married after only 3 months after meeting online and that she spend only a week there.

For most other consulates that is not a probelm but for Lagos it is, especially because you began the relationship only 3 month after the other one failed. Lagos prefers to see much more time in between relationships, longer and frequent visits and not jumping quickly into

the marriage. Now that you know your red flags you can prepare yourself to proof that you are bona fide.

Yes, Lagos has issues with and in my opinion discriminates against age gaps where the woman is older and no longer of child bearing age.

They see it as a potential fraud indicator because in your culture not many younger guys marry older women.

You don't have to defend your choices to us here who you chose to marry and when but to help you better your flags needed to be

pointed out so you are ready for them when asked questions at your interview.

It is good that she got a second visit in shortly after the marriage and that she plans to be there for your interview. That helps.
