Hi everyone I'm also new to this site. However I was giving 221(g) on February 10, 2014 requesting that I submit joint sponsor form and doc. Docs were submitted on March 11,2014 but the embassy acknowledge receipt of documents on the 21. I've been in AP from February 11 and my status dates have changed but still in AP. On April 16 the status changed to Ready. Wondering what else is gonna happen?

I am in ap, but I didnt miss any documents.

I dont know why, and they only say that is internal process and that nothing is required by me or my fiance.

To how I see the trend everyone goes in AP but the time u stay there varies

Your interview was a day before mine. I was put in AP and i wasnt missing any documents either did they return your fiances passport?

Well hello again VJs got an email today that I should visit the consulate to do fingerprint for oath form. Wondering if this will slow up the process again as my status is saying Ready?

It is not a form, maybe the cónsul forget to tell you to put your 4 fingers después que juraste tell thw truth.... my fianncee was paying domex and he called her agai to do the fingerprinting... so go there and do it... good luck.

Thank you sind27 I went to give my fingerprint for the oath form n that was exactly what happen they had forgotten to ask for my fingerprint. But the good news is that my visa is approved. Just the wait now for it to be issued because it has been a long wait..
