new resolution in the consultorio de visa DR?????

my fiance went today for his second test. They told to all the patients that there is a new resolution which says that if the result for their test are not ready on the last test day.... we have to change the interview date.

if is that true, i think this is ridiculous because people living in the EE.UU are ready to travel to DR..tickets ready, permission from work, prepare all papers work for the interview, all documents that expire and also to pay to the lawyer getting papers from work....etc....i think if they did it, they are very irresponsible and unconscious with all patients and their relatives. I am ready to travel and now i have to get more money to change the date....

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE IF THIS IS A FALSE ALARM ? maybe my fiance didn't understand well but he says that they told them to ask for EUNICE and is she that has to say if the interview will be change or not.

I don't know if it's true or not but I am interested to know the answer... Make sure you tell him to ask about the Buccal swab results from the first two days tomorrow while he's there... otherwise I think it gets set aside to wait for the Sputum results...

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

okay ,I called Eunice just now... Do you remember the part I explained about the Mouth swab and having the Beneficiary ask about the results on the Third Day??

That's what they were saying to your Fiance... She explained that if on the Third Day of testing the Bacilia esculpo (mouth spit/swab) previous days tests were/are positive that's when the Beneficiary cannot go to his cita and must change the date. My Fiance's was Negative so i didn't know the other outcome... so I will add that to my post page.

At least today you will know what your course is... try to relax.

Find a way to be strong and be a good Support for him... it's very scary for the Beneficiary right now.. more than us.

IM TRAVEL NEXT TUESDAY 15 HIS BIRTHDAY, IS April 17 THE INTERVIEW April 21, MY BIRTHDAY WAS LAST April 6.....so we have many reasons to be happy and because we know hE is negative on he TB TEST
