I married my US- husband in 2011 and want to file N-400, based on the 3 year rule, next month. Besides my husbands birth certificate, our marriage license, and the tax returns from the last 3 years, do I need to send any other evidence of our marriage?

I just went through the ROC process a few months ago. Do I just resend all the evidence I included in there, like our last will, power of attorney, 401 K beneficiary, 2 years worth of bank statements and utility bills, photos, plane tickets from trips taken together, affidavits from friends, and so on? Or will the officer handling my case still have all of that in front of him? Or do I just send evidence I haven't sent before, like utility bills and bank statements from the last few months, as well as the birth certificate of our daughter who was born just after the ROC process?

Also, for N-400, is the evidence for a legit marriage as important as it was for AOS and ROC? My application packages where over an inch thick for those and I am trying to avoid that this time around if not necessary.

What do other people applying based on a 3 year marriage usually send?

You don't need all of that evidence. I sent in my application: n400 application, copy of green card, 2 photos, copy of marriage certificate, my wife's birth certificates, my kids birth certificate, 2 months worth of utility and cable bills, 2 months bank statements, taxes and that's it. In the interview I took with me couple of new utility bills and cable, health insurance and car insurance. I'm now a US citizen. This step is easier then ROC and AOS. Good luck.
