Hello. I came to the US as a J1 in May 2013. In Oct 2013 my mother passed away thus I went home for a week. When I returned I received a different I94 number than the one in May. Which I94 should I use for I130 (part 2 question 14) and I485 (part 1)? Thank you.

I was wondering the same thing too. I came here on a F-1 Visa, I have gone back home a couple of times. On the I130 I would have to put the most recent i94 number right?

However they asked for the date when I came here

-Do I put January 2009? that was when I started school or

-do I put July 2011 which was the last time I went home to visit

Also they asked when my authorized stay expired according to the i94, but it doesn't have a date on there.

- Do I put the date of when my student visa expired or when I OPT expired. (I am currently out of status)

Thanks in advance for your help.
