Wow - things move fast around here, only stepped away from the screen for a short while and you've all moved pages on...not sure I can keep up

1. Does anyone have a job that they have to go and do? Or a child to mind?

2. For a VJ 'rant' thread you are all very sweet. (which makes a lovely change btw)

The title this time around is quite interesting. Does the chicken have black toenails, or does the chicken kill people that have black toenails?

the chicken always seems to attack people with black or half black toenails....it has got to be attuned to black nails somehow.

Yes this thread moves fast. I can't keep up most of the time, and when I do get to sit here and post it's usually because I'm sitting here nursing so I can't do anything else anyways. Other times I start reading and then I get up to do something or chase the 2 yrs old and I come back hours later.

It really is the most friendly rant thread around and for the most part most of us don't bite :P

I can never remember to take pics of some of the yummies that and well who has time for that.

1) Yes.... which is why you rarely see me post from 6am to 230pm. But today I was done work at 11am! WOOT!

2) we luv each other... well except fr the strange person in the corner.... not sure WHO that is... creepy #######.

So I put down my Valentine's day gift earrings on the kitchen counter maybe 2 days ago and now there is only one of them. ####. It is nowhere to be found, I even stuck my hand in the garbage disposal. :ranting::ranting: This is why I don't get expensive earrings, either they get lost or the cleaning lady vacuums them up. I highly suspect it was my mother with her not very useful 'cleaning' in which she leaves behind at least half the dirt because she can't see it. Apparently my earring was not in the half she left behind.

Maybe the kiddo played with the earring?

My daughter does that and loses stuff.....

Nah, my kid does not play with my jewelry. I even asked her about it and she said she doesn't touch earrings because they are sharp.

My mother admitted to vacuuming in there last night, although I didn't think she had, based on the condition of the floor. :sleepy: I guess I'll look in the vacuum bag later.
