4 inches of snow here this morning. Went to let the dogs out this morning, and the leash was frozen to the steps, they could only get a couple steps down, then turned around looking at me like they didn't know what to do.

I had to get myself dressed to walk out into the snow to take them out.

I'd rather buy the second up in cost brand from Target or Walmart if I were him. It is what we use for our sheets and it is just fine. Just tell him to get something soft - I found a set a target including the sheets and comforter that were pretty nice for maybe $50-60 total? Sheets alone are definitely cheaper.

Or you can buy those online for instore pickup (if you don't want to pay shipping).

Thanks for the recommendation, that sounds like a really good deal. I'll get him to look.

ya gotta get the like Pima or egyptian cotton 800 count or better.

my current sheets are bamboo cotton, looove them. i'd bring them with me except they are for a queen and we bought a king.

if you're looking for soft and comfortable, get flannel sheets. They're pretty much just for winter, but Seattle might feel like winter to you for a year or two.

flannel sheets sounds so cozy! but then poor jonas would overheat

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

He can sleep on top of the covers if he's too hot. That's actually what I do since my wife got here.

too add on to that...I bought summer sheet and spring one and then I have one of my own that I lay on since I am always cold....he uses the summer one and now he will be using just the cover since he really gets hot...so it is workable Kit :)

If i have to cut another ####### off the dogs butt.....
