1. We don't live near the border of Mexico, so cleanings in Mexico would not be cheaper if you include plane tickets to get there.

I managed to stress grind my teeth pretty bad

I got a regular nightguard in Mexico for $Many ($20), whee man.

I got an anti-obstructive sleep apnea mouth ensemble for $Many ($350) drive-out price, si man, which included exam, impressions, construction at the dentist's contracted dental lab at the U.S., and shipment to my casa, whee man.

No need for dental insurance down there, no man, although many dentists in the Rio Grande Valley border towns will take U.S. dental insurance, si and whee man.

1. I have finished decluttering the casa, somehow.

2. The rubias have been evicted (threatened with housework). They were NOT happy.

I have semi-broken my diet and devoured two 1-ounce bags of Doritos (one nacho cheese, one cool ranch). Bags that size are worthless for snacking, disgust man. However, I now see Mrs. T-B.'s point in regard to Cheetos, to which she is addicted: a finite quantity prevents out-pigging, see man.

With luck, I shall still retain my svelte form in prep to surprise Mrs. T-B. with the numbers on the scale, lightweight man.
