FIL did....he mentioned it at the party again and she froze...so I highly doubt she would allow it even if she really does not take care of the pom anyways....lately I have been sleeping in the guest room (don't ask) and so is the dog....come on...you want the pom ? Fine ! Take care of her...don't yell at her if she wants to get on your lap and it bothers you because you are watching Twilight for the 25th time...feed her maybe ? Or get off your butt and walk a little with her....it is a job to have a dog not a privilege darn it.

I digress.

She can keep the dogs. Either way...if I get a job anywhere I will have an apartment and no time to handle a dog as painful as it may be to leave her I can actually frikin recognize that I cannot take care of a dog while living in a tiny apartment and working probably 7 days of the week, which is what she should have done before she got her. Dogs come with poop and brushing needs and need vet and need trimming....they don't magically take care of themselves for that she should have gotten a plush.

omg 3 hours of sleep make me very opinionated and very ranty sorry lol

Do you say that to your wife? That's why she barks at you?

Dogs also do not get angry about things they make up in their head either.

Yikes, you need to get your garbage and fruit thrown out sooner. This is the time of year for those things.

Last year I got some house flies in the house. Every day when I woke or got home from work there were some flies flying around. I finally discovered they were reproducing in the garbage can, which is a covered stainless steel can, always lined with a plastic bag. Turns out the things could go from eggs to flies in as little as three days! I had to make sure no food garbage went into the trash can, bringing it straight out to the outside can. Plus I emptied that trash can every other day, with a good wash down every time. Dang things were super flies in how fast they could reproduce.

Sounds like a dirty punk band.

Actually we have a super tiny can in the kitchen (like almost as tiny as they make them) that gets emptied at least once a day, so it probably isn't that. It seems that they come in on the bananas...

I've put out some apple cider vinegar traps, which will help. They also seem to really love indoor flowers, maybe? I just bought some new flowers and last time it happened, the Dane had just got me some flowers.

When my daughter would stay with me, she was constantly stashing little packages of fruit fly larva food in her room. Unfinished glasses of milk was a great one. But also apple cores, unfinished bowl of cereal, banana peel, etc....

From my experience, they love to come in on bananas. I'd quit buying them at certain times of the year (spring and fall)
