Thanks for all the lovely comments and support, everybody. It may sound dumb, but even just the smallest bit of encouragement and love really goes a long way in times like these. So I really appreciate it, a lot.

Trying to sort out inheritance right now and it's giving me a monster headache. Does anyone know the probability of life insurance inheritance being taxable? I don't believe it is, but I'm getting conflicting answers from "reliable" sources and am not getting much help.

In other news, I turn 23 tomorrow. Happy birthday to me, eh?

dogs are out running in rain...coffee drank. Might wing it and go on a bike ride while it's raining.

pom pom uses the bed as her eating area now....jumped on with kibbles in her mouth and playing with it...oh sigh...little dummy.

I would suggest you also find some temp jobs in the meanwhile, at least it would get you out of house, have more normal human contact and of course money at your own disposal to spend whatever you want.

Waddayamean money to spend, she's got back rent and board to pay! Well it wouldn't surprise me to hear that out of her in laws.

dogs are out running in rain...coffee drank. Might wing it and go on a bike ride while it's raining.

pom pom needs to learn some proper training. That would never fly in my house, the dogs eat the food when I give it to them, where I give it to them, or it gets taken away. She's marking your bed as her's and not your's!

honestly don't give a.... it is not even my bed...it is their bed...as far as I am concerned she can eat off of their plate or mine. What dif does it make. *shrugs* she is not mine, they don't train her or even try but sure like to talk about how a dog should be trained. Screw them all.

I sent that dog to a house with three mean cats, fully clawed. The cats were harassed nonstop for the entire three days. My dog is no longer a welcome visitor.
