My wife is funny when she eats chicken wings, she eats every tiny bit of grisel on the wing, so there is nothing but this pile of completely cleaned off tiny bones on her plate. I'm always thinking it looks like someone ate a mouse.

There's about 2.5 raisins in my raisin bagel....

I need to get my own box of raisins....

I have a bag of raisins in the frig at home. My wife uses them in this weird sweet Filipino macaroni dish she makes. I'm always grabbing her raisin stash and eating them all as a late night snack.

that is why I bake....so I can put as many things in my bread as I wish....worth the effort. HA !

Does that include fingers? I think I'm still part cannibal.

that kind of sounds like the Persian rice dish...it is really good I have to say and I am not a huge fan of raisins in things (except for bread lol)

well...I do tend to cut myself a lot so it might have some protein in there :lol:

update on my little toe: it is blue as blue as it can be and it hurts and my middle finger is still fluffy and unhappy.

thought you all might want to know.

dinner - low carb chicken bake.....MIL pre-ate sugar loaded items last week in the anticipation of low carb food starting today but then went to the store and bought a cake......confused me a little bit.

In ancient Middle East, you can buy a slave girl with a jar of raisins :)

A friend of my wife was a slave girl to a Saudi Princess. For years she travelled the world being one of many house servants. Until some Filipino convinced her to get married to him, so she left her slave job and returned to the Philippines, but the guy never returned. Turns out he already had a wife in the Philippines, and was just saying all that to get a little.
